When You Order OnlineThe Orders are processed twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, and we monitor orders daily ensuring everything is running smooth. Orders placed on major holidays are queued for processing the next business day. Shipments dispatch Monday - Friday. Prices and items are periodically subject to change. We reserve the right to correct typographical, descriptive and photographic errors. Orders based on incorrect information are subject to cancellation.

Orders using incorrect billing addresses will be cancelled.

When Will My Order Ship?Most orders ship in 1 - 3 business days, however, very large orders may take four days to ready the shipment. Shipping origin is Los Angeles, CA.
PLEASE NOTE: Items weighing less than 1 pound may be shipped Parcel Post First Class. Items shipped Parcel Post First Class cannot be tracked.
Back OrdersWe (Final Stop Gift Shop) do not accept back orders (items out of Stock). If an item purchased is out of stock, you will receive a confirmation email with available options on replaceing that item or refund.
Free Drop Shipping
We do not charge any additional fee for drop shipping to your recipient (regular shipping rates apply). Fill out your address that matches the applicable credit card as the "Billing" information and then your gift recipient or package recipient's address as the "Ship To" information. The email address you furnished us with when ordering will receive a shipment notification including the package tracking number.
Shipping to the Continental United States*We reserve the right to substitute shipping methods.
Final Stop Gift Shop offers flat rate shipping rate (including insurance) to the Continental United States via UPS Ground Service. The Shipping amount listed below is subject to change. Please check back each visit to confirm the standard shipping amount below.

UPS requires a physical address and does not deliver to PO Box addresses. A signature may be required for delivery. Final Stop Gift Shop is not responsible for orders requesting "no signature required".
Please note that delivery in the Eastern States may take up to 14 calendar days to be received. If you haven't received your order after 14 days, please contact us, be sure to include your order number for prompt service.
NOTE: UPS does NOT include the pickup day, weekend days, or Holidays in calculating the time in transit. Please refer to the UPS Time in Transit map above and add three business days for order processing. Delivery times are estimated only and not guaranteed. Delivery times do not include transit time required to destination hub. Holiday seasons may require additional time.
UPS Delivery TrackingIt may take up to four business days to receive your tracking number. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation via email promptly after your tracking number becomes available. Please note that your tracking number will be valid, however, your package may take a few additional days to appear in the UPS system.
You can always check the status of your order via the URL included in your order confirmation email.
Order Cancellations and Non-Deliverable OrdersWe cannot cancel or adjust your order as we utilize automated ordering systems. If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee and return freight charges are incurred.
How to Return Orders-NON DAMAGEDDO NOT RETURN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE, PLEASE READ DAMAGE CLAIMS FIRST.
30 Day Policy:
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Contact us via email and we will set up your return arrangements (within 30 days). IF After 30 days, a 20% restocking fee will be charged on non-defective returned merchandise. To qualify for a refund the product must be unused and show no wear. Return the product in the original product box inside an adequate shipping box and include a copy of the packing slip. We must RECEIVE the package within 30 days from delivery date. Refunds are only issued once we have received the merchandise. If you need assistance please email customer support. Please note that packages sent to us that have exceeded the thirty day period will be returned to you C.O.D..
How to Return Orders-Damage ClaimsInspect your merchandise upon arrival, damage claims will not be honored if reported past 15 days of delivery. If you receive damaged merchandise please contact customer support and include the product SKU number, quantity and defect. Please note that damage claims must be submitted all at once. We will not reship or refund more than once per invoice. Do not discard any packaging or paperwork. Do not return the items yourself. If Item value is over $25 and damaged, we will submit RMA to have that product shipped back to our warehouse at no expense to you. On all damaged items with a value of $25.00 or less, We will send out replacement product at no cost to you. However, ALL DAMAGED CLAIMS under $25 will require an emailed photo of the damage for immediate replacement. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you are unable to furnish a photo, you may request a pre-paid return label, once we have received the merchandise in our warehouse, we will ship a replacement. Please note this process takes approximately two weeks.
